My new business

I recently created an S-corp as sole owner. I want to make my wife a majority partner to qualify for advantages of "woman owned business".
How do I go about it?

Thanks Ron, I need to find someone to walk me through the specific steps in setting up my business. I have registered with and attended counseling at SCORE but my counselor there is kinda general and doesn't provide me with nuts & bolts advice, more big picture.
