My wife and I were arrested and charged for drug crimes in 1999. We served two years probation on a deferred sentance. The case is over. We have been released by the court. How can we get personal property siezed by the police during the search of our house? We have not received prompt or correct information from the county attorney's office. Can we take them to small claims court? State of Iowa.
