What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? New Jersey
I bought furniture from a local shop in NJ. They were delaying the delivery so I asked them to cancel and refund my money back to my credit card. They had issued me invoice for the refund but money is still not refunded to my credit card. They said it will take 10 business days, but now it is almost a month. I have been calling them but they are not cooperative. Please advice what are my rights in this case. What action I can take against them.
