I was recently served papers for a summons to court on the charge of Frequenting a location where drugs are known to be. Basically I was at a house while the police enforced a search warrant of their marijuana plants. While the main convictors all admitted I am just a friend and have no involvement. I was brought in for questioning but was never officially arrested. I'm just curious if this is a just charge or if I should fight it, and if so, how I should go about doing so? Or should I just accept the charge and try for a good guilty plea bargain? What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
