What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Florida

If you think you may fail a peep test. Is it better to refuse the test and quit,
or take it and fail. Is there a chance the company could offer you the option
to resign. If you don't take it there is no proof you failed right?

And, for the record, if *I* heard "he quit when he was told he needs to take a drug test", I sure would be able to connect the dots.
