What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? if a foreigner living in a foreign country want to run a e commerce business targeting customers for US and Canada only, then what are the legal procedures he must follow to make his business a legitimate one.Thank you.

You'd better know how to ship legally into the US/Canada. Customs fees (certainly on Canada) can be pretty problematic.
