We are opening a Crossfit gym and we have a waiver that we found from some other crossfit that isn't in this state. my lawyer said he would look at it and okay it but i sent it too him and he is not getting back to me. is there anyway i could get it looked at without have to pay another hundred dollar counsel fee?

Looked at for what? To determine if it is alright to infringe on the other facility's copyright? To see that no matter what you make people sign you can't stop them from suing you, nor can you disclaim your own negligence, nor can you through such signature affect other's (surviving relative's) rights to sue you.
