My neighbor is running a business in a residental zone. Deliveries are constant on a small residential street. Merchandise is constantly being delivered and is causing traffic (and complaints from fellow neighbors)Operational hours range from 6 am to 11 pm almost on a daily basis. Is this possible in a residential zone?
