What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? North Carolina


I have charges against me for something I didnt do. I am supposed to be in court tomorrow morning 90 miles away. I am in summer school and my lawyer says he can represent me without me being there. I just need a second opinion. Can he really do that? Or will they issue a warrant for my arrest tomorrow?

Yes, he can represent you when you are not able to appear.

I don't know if the court will issue a warrant for your arrest, tomorrow or any other day.
