What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Wisconsin
I was recently in a car accident where the seat belt I was wearing aggravated the constricted umbilical hernia I was diagnosed with the day of the incident. This accident happened 5 to 10 minutes after the diagnosis. Is this considered preexisting? I have never been to the doctor for this in the past. I did receive a call from the adjuster telling me I was getting P&S, loss of wages and some medical help. I did need to get surgery because of this and was admitted to have surgery done. I have made an offer of 7,000. Is this a reasonable amount?

(Did you really just refer to yourself as... D Rod? )

"Preexisting" means simply that the condition existed before it was diagnosed.
