Dealership violates privacy information

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? New Jersey

I just bought a Toyota vehicle from a dealership (East Coast Toyota) and chose not to sign the permission for them to disclose my information to any parties outside Toyota and the dealership. They violated that and gave my information to XM Satellite Radio Inc. What can I do?

just curious but with newer vehicles, I have seen XM and/or Sirius receivers available in some. Does your vehicle have an XM radio reciever included?
