Filing a CR-125 Supena Duces Tecum

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? California

Got a couple of questions about this form. I'm filing it so I can demand for the Lidar/Radar information VIA Power of the court, instead of a Information Discovery Request.

1: Can you file this in Pro Per, without an Attorney
2: A Plead has not been entered yet and does a Trial have to be set forth before this is filed? (see BOX 3.)

Box 1: Will be defined with the Custodian of Records for the Sheriffs station
Box 2: Will be "C" with Attached ADDENDUM
Box 3: I'm not sure what date to put
Box 4: Will be my Address
Box 5: Will have "C" Item 3 checked to have it mailed to the court clerk

you dont file these, you go to the clerk and have them issue one and serve them on whomever...

Those documents would get sent to the court.

On that document is the date/time of your trial/hearing.

Subpeonas dont get filed with a court.
