What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? CA

My work has taken me off the schedual and I cant get an answer when I will be back on. I work full time and have bills to pay. I have no write ups with this company. Thanks you in advance for any help.

There's nothing in the law that says, when you have been off the schedule for x amount of time, you're terminated. It's between you and your employer.

You are free to apply for unemployment regardless of whether your employer has formally notified you of termination or not.
