Serious need of help

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? South Africa, Guateng. I and 5 others has been unfairly dismissed and I opened a case by the ccma but so far nothing had happened. What do I do, its been 6 months already.

US law only.

The laws in the US and in South Africa are not the same. We have no experts in South African law here.
