what i do in a mistaken identity case that was involved in a car accident i se d letter to the court in record and attoneys in record and they still send to a mediation

If you are being sued or charged criminally, you MUST appear in court and defend yourself. Sending a letter doesn't cut it. Have you reported the alleged accident to your insurance company so they can defend you?
