What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? NC
I received a ticket for driving 57 in a 35 mph zone. While I would argue that I was NOT going that fast, I know there's no use fighting. Unfortunately, I just got a speeding ticket a few months ago (first one) and had it reduced to 9 miles under the limit.
Question: Can somone tell me what my chances are of receiving a Prayer for Judgement on this second ticket? This would be the FIRST PFJ in our family.

Is this an educated guess or based on experience? In your opinion, do I need to hire a lawyer, or can I take care of this myself?
Thanks for the reply.
