I was arrested for resist, class A, and marijuana, class B, went to jail and was released on bail. I attended arraignment and pleaded not guilty but missed my court date. I know they will probably issue warrant. Will they hunt me for such small charges? Does the statute of limitations apply if I do not get caught?
