florida...i drive approx. 30 miles to work each day. many times i get told there is no work for the day, after waiting at the shop for 1-2 hours. i was hired as a full time employee. when sent home, i recieve no pay for that day. is there not a fl. law that says i must be paid for four hours? if so can i get a copy of that law to show my boss? thanks, tim locke

I am sure there is some law about reporting for work and being paid for it. You will have to ask a local employment law attorney though. You can find one at https://attorneypages.com
