Speeding in Missouri question

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Missouri
ok I was pulled over for speeding the cop asked me if I had been drinking
I said yes but I only had three beers
I blew clean on a breathalyzer so he asked me
for my insurance he grabbed the old card
out of my hand I had and still have insurance
after he ticketed me for that I went to a friends house
down the road he wasn't home so I went to another friends
house about five miles away the cop followed me
all the way and after I pulled in he said that he told me
to go home and that I had lied to him so he gave
me another ticket for speeding earlier can I get both
of these dropped? He also shoved me away from
his car so" mosquitoes wouldn't get in"What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

Has it been a year or less since he stopped you for speeding? That's how long he has to file a speeding ticket.

So then the speeding ticket is legitimate. Why would it be dropped?

I thought once they cited you they weren't allowed tj follow you
any longer especially not from house to house
