What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? California

Hi, let me start from the beginning.. in 2003 my husband was released from prison for manslaughter. He served 13 1/2 years.. The last time he served prison time was in 2008. The charge was absounding.. He has not been back to prison since 2008 and he maxed out his parole time. Since 2008 he's been back to jail twice for a misdemeanor and a felony. One charge was not drug related, but two were. Does he qualify for Prop 36?

That depends on what is meant by "drug related?"

What statutes has he been convicted of and what statute is he now charged with?

And, inquiring minds want to know, what are you doing with this guy???
