What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? California

Alright I've searched the web and found this

Form TRL/I-43 Revised 05/2007 "Parent/Legal Guardian Consent Form"

It turns out this is what I need to send in a TR-205 with a Minor under the age of 18 for a Infraction, What is the general name for this form, I need to find one for the county of Riverside, Anyone know?

Under "Select a group of forms" select "traffic Infractions" and you'll find TR-205 "Request for Trial by Written Declaration"

Thanks for the reply, Let me try to clarify my question, From what I understand someone under 18 CANNOT submit this form due to needing a Parents Permission, What also would need to be submitted with a TR-205 to fix this issue, Such as the form I named above in my first post.

I'm not sure where you got the other -TRL/I-43 Revised 05/2007 "Parent/Legal Guardian Consent Form"- form from but I can't seem to find it under the list of forms approved by the California Judicial Council which you will find here: California Courts: Forms: All Forms . It maybe a local form used in Riverside County

As for the filing of a TR-205 by a minor, I can only assume that it will simply require that the statement be written, the form signed and later filed by the minor's parent/guardian (on behalf of the minor).

Contact your local court clerk for more information.

Zigner, Do you have anything that backs that? A Penal code or of the sort?
If you have not entered a plea and assuming your appearance is scheduled in Juvi court, then your appearance, with a parent/guardian is typically required. Once you appear for the arraignment, and upon your parent/guardian's request for a TBD adjudication, would follow the process/requirements discussed earlier in this thread.
