i live in california in sept 2000 while worling for the u.s. forestry division on a fire i suffered a perferated ulcer and was ruled ineligabel to reciece workmans comp. i was in the hospital for a week and off work for 7 weeks. i was given a physical before this assaignment and passed du to the area and situations we were in i feel that the job contributed to this injury. can i sue to claim the payments i never recieved
