What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? NY

How do I write a formal objection for the court, in appropriate form, to creditor claims in the accounting of an estate in NY state? I have been granted by a judge to file a formal objection to some of the accounting in an estate. I'm not sure how to go about this so that it is "in appropriate form" as the judge has asked it to be. I am in Florida but the case is in NY and I am being allowed to file the objection by mail. I cannot find free help anywhere on how to do this properly and cannot afford to pay an attorney to explain it to me.. Please help! Thank you

No one can help you without the facts. This forum is not able to help you develop the facts enough to give real guidance.

See an attorney.

If that is not an option, go to the local law library. It will not give New York law (and probate is very state specific), but, it might give you a sense of what you would need to do. Be prepared to spend A LOT of time in study and work.
