What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Ohio

My friend, J, was just arrested for possession of Testosterone, syringes, Marijuana, and Vicodin. When the police searched his house they found his safe and inside the safe were the items I just listed as well as a book with names and amounts of money owed to him and a set of scales. My questions are:
1.Could the charge him with Intent to Traffic and can you please define that charge.
2.What are all the charges he could/will be charged with?

Thanks in advance for any advice offered.

A ledger of clients seized next to a stash of drugs is a strong indicator that a lawyer is needed in the very near future.

Exact charges will depend on a lot of factors, but will likely include several felonies. Have him talk to his lawyer once the charges are filed. Speculating now won't do you any good.
