A drunk driver hit me and fled, he has no insurance

Last night, I was hit by a drunk driver. He then fled the scene. Police eventually caught up to him and put him in jail. I found out today that he has no insurance. I am going to lose money because I cannot go to work. What are my options? Thanks.

Not if you have good uninsured/underinsured motorist coverage on your insurance.

Go after your uninsured and find out if he has assest to you can sue for and if he does then go after what he have no marcy....
