Hello Everyone. I am a beginner Real Estate Investor. I registered my business last year around November, and I don't have the funds to maintain my LLC at this moment as it will soon show inactive. What is another route I can take to conduct business? I have heard of something called a Sole Proprietorship. Is that a good alternative for right now until I can reactivate my LLC?
