What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Florida

I have been appointed personal representative of my Dad's estate and have Letters of Administration. I have a buyer for my father's vehicle and would like to sell it. I have paid off the car out of my own funds and received a Release of Lien from the lienholder. I believe as personal representative, I have the authority to sell the vehicle and place the proceeds back into the estate?

Also, since the title is held in my father's name, I assume both the seller and myself would need to go to the DMV to have everything transferred?

I appreciate ANY help I could get!
