Arizona. My son was using my car, parked in a fire zone for "5 minutes" and was towed. Paid fine and retrieved car. When car had been towed, was pulled on front wheel drive and ruined transmission. Cost to fix >$3500. What are legal options? Is this worth persuing on a legal aspect?
