What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? VT. A supplier to 6 other businesses refuses to sell supplies to us. We run a bingo and the supplier sells break-open tickets. One of the owner's dad owns a bingo in the town we are in and because we are in competition with them this supplier refuses to sell to us. they are the "only" supplier in the area. Can they do this? They are licensed through the state to sell these break open tickets. Thanks
