Hi,

On Sat 28th Aug, I purchased a bicycle from a store. I then found that it was being advertised for £70 cheaper online (inc P&P). I have e-mailed the shop and asked for a refund or whether they can match the price, they have suggested that they cannot match the price, and if I want a refund they will be asking for a 20% re-stocking charge.

While I would accept this if I actually 'had' the bike, I find it hard for them to try and make me pay for a re-stock when the bike isn't actually in my hands yet? Have they got grounds to do this?

Thanks in advance!
