what are my choices i was in a contract to buy a house and it stated in that contract if it was found to have termites they would fix the damage and get ried of the termites and they do not want to do that what how can i recover all that i have put in to buying this house since i believe they breeched the contractWhat is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

You have the right to sue them for violation of contract terms. Document all communications and check time limits stated in the contract.
