What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? GA

Before my husband and I meet with our chosen attorney re: estate planning, we would like to become a little more familiar with wills vs. trusts.
Can anyone recommend a book or 2 to help us with the basics? Thanks Elizabeth

Unfortunately, that breaks the rules of the forum to advertise.

There are several... but we can't recommend them.

Maybe a poster or two could send you a private message?

The American Bar Association has informative articles. It is one of the first places I check when looking for info on legal issues.

Try your local public library. Public libraries in reasonably-sized cities or counties generally have a pretty wide selection.

And remember that probate and trust law is state specific.
