What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Utah
I would like to start a property management company where I would be the go-between for property owners and tenants. I would provide upkeep services and collect rent and deal with the leases. I can't find anything online that says if I need some sort of certification or if a simple LLC would suffice.

**A: you would need a real estate broker's license at the very least.
