Auto Dealer Purchase Quote

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Indiana

A major auto dealership gave me a purchase quote for my vehicle in the form of a voucher which is good for another few days. I went in to sell them my vehicle and they now say that they won't buy it. Is the voucher that they gave me legally binding so that I can force them to buy it?

You would need to have the agreement reviewed by a local attorney to determine if it is enforceable.
