What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Virginia

I have tried calling the courthouse in Hanover, Virgina but was unsuccessful. This matter is pertaining to my mother that passed away in May 2010. Her place of death was Beaverdam, VA. I am her only child and I have not received a copy of her Last Will and Testament from her husband.

Any help in this situation would be greatly appreciated.

Please feel free to contact me by telephone at 480-318-2008 or by e-mail at: [email protected].

Thank you!

The place of her death is not so important as where she was residing for determining the venue of the probate.

What is your question?
