I recently received a following to close ticket in rush county, Indiana by a State Trooper.
I was driving under the posted 55 mph speed limit and about 2 seconds behind the car in front of me. On the ticket it does not state my speed or how close I was following. Should I contest my ticket?

No one here will tell you if you should fight the ticket - that's entirely up to you.

The trooper felt you were too close. The details of the violation do not have to appear on the face of the ticket. The trooper will articulate the facts at trial.
