Texas: Driving 69mph in 70mph zone 4lane highway topped hill as truck pulled out of gas station pulling long pipe trailer. They didn't clear the road and I struck the trailer. I received a ticket for failure to control speed due to an intersection sign with a recommended speed before the intersection. There are no traffic lights at intersection. Also ticket has wrong licence plate # and wrong year model of my truck. Any help?
