1. Can I import definite medicaments to Canada and use them for myself?
2. Will be any entanglements with custom-house?
3. Can I legally sell them in States or in Canada via Internet shop?

We can't answer for Canada, this is for US law only.

As for sale in the US, it depends just exactly what you are selling. Some of the items described as nootropics are fairly unregulated "food supplements" while others are controlled substances. The former you will still have to watch your advertising. THe latter you will find next to impossible to sell/import.
