What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? TX
I am legal resident in TX. I wish to form a company with my brother-in-law who is in India. I have some questions:
1. Can foreigner be member/partner in a company?
2. Should we form LLC or Corporation?
3. His share will be 90% and mine 10%, is that possible?
