All states (only U.S. law)?
Hello, I'm sending my question regarding the case of craiglist.org about prostitution. Why did they get censored? Is it due to the fact that their website is not declared as adult website? or because they displayed the prostitution ads in states prohibiting it? In other word, can an adult website allow prostitution ads? if yes do they have to pay extra taxes to the government?
I know I have so many questions, but I would like to make sure that I understand this issue since I'm also concerned (I have an adult website that most of the time displays this kind of ads). Thank youWhat is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
