What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Florida.
The apartment that I rent is in shortsale and under a contract. The potencial buyer already told me his going to higher the rent. Which a can afford.!!. Don't have money to move! What can I do???

Start saving money. The new owner is allowed to raise the rent (and the deposit amount with proper notice. This is assuming that you are a month-to-month renter.
