My friend Y showed me his living trust and so I have info on the trust.
He got sick and it appears that his CPA friend now has control of the trust.
My lawyer called me to say that Y's layer called him because it appears that his CPA friend is claiming that I tried to get Y to sign something while Y was in the hospital. Of course nothing of the kind ever happened but am wondering what motivated this guy to may such a charge.
Both lawyers think this matter is a none issue.
