Hi, I live in California.
I purchased a used 1998 Saturn SC2 1 year ago. The paint has been peeling and cracking on the bumpers and the door jam. I didn't think much about except to think Saturn had a problem with their painting process, but the car wasn't under warranty, so I thought I had no claim.

A mechanic informed me that the car may have been in a collision and repaired before it was sold to me.
My question is: Does the dealer have an obligation to disclose to me if a car has been wrecked in the past?

Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.
Regards,
Joe
