What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Texas

i was arrested for <2oz poss marij charge and some money was confiscated by the cops..but they didnt tell me they were confiscating it...they never gave it back to me..or showed me they were taking it for that matter, what do i do or better yet, what can i do?
