I live in California. My company is having a 44% reduction in the work force because of lack of business. There are about 1600 employees and about 700 are being layed off. 125 employees have already been layed off and received 60 days severence pay under the laws of the Warren Act. 600 more un-determined employees will be layed off. We were notified of this, but not of who will be affected and when. Does this constitute our 60 day notice?
