What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? OR
I want to terminate a trust executed in Texas. The current lawyer is non-responsive to this as well as specific questions concerning the status of the trust (amount, estate's bank balance, or any accounting made to me or my sister (the only beneficiaries; she's in Arizona.) How can I proceed?
