I live in Missouri and I recently received a ticket for possession of marijuana. I was wondering what kind of fines and other punishments I should be expecting. I don't have a criminal record prior to this so it is my first offense. Also, the officer that gave me the ticket did not sign the ticket, write his badge number, or the violation code on the bottom of the ticket. Does this give me any grounds to get the charge dropped?
