What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? PA

My question is about debt after death. Can anyone be responsible for my debts, student loans, mortgage, when i die? Nobody cosigned any of my debts but im living at a relative's house right now(long story). Can debt collectors bother my relative? Also, i have a small savings account. If i want to leave that to someone, how can i do it, given all my debts?

Thanks for any help.

Most of us instruct in our will that our assets be used to pay our debts and what is left goes to our heirs. We can increase what we leave by having life insurance and naming a beneficiary. Also by saving more than we spend.
