What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Ohio We bought a modular home in 2001. From the start we had problems with the shingles. Every little storm we would loose shingles. They are guaranteed for 25 years. After this last set of storms we are now looking at getting the front half of our house and garage totally re-roofed at a huge amount. Insurance will only pay very little portion. We wrote the Shingle manufacturer and they said there are no defects on their end. They said it was installed wrong by the installer which is the home manufacturer. Now the two roofing contractors say it is also the fault of the home maufacturer - they improperly installed the shingles. Do we have any recourse in getting the home manufacturer to pay for the replacements? Also they misrepresented the shingles as a higher priced namebrand shingle instead of the cheap ones they actually put on.

**A: how much are we talking here? If it is worth it, you may need to sue everyone.
