Been trying to settle a BI claim with a self insurer Enterprise Rental Car, but not able to so I filed suit to protect the statute. It is now in the hands of their attorney and they have requested complaint be dismissed without prejudice. I want to respond with a reply but don't know case law to refrute their position.
